Pricing

Self-Pay:

• Available for single visit purchase or bundles 
  • $575 for 5 visits
  • $1050 for 10 visits
    • Prepayment is required

Insurance:

• We are in-network providers with Medicare and most major secondary insurance carriers.
• If you are unsure about your physical therapy benefits, please contact our office. We can assist you in determining your coverage and any applicable co-pays or deductibles.
• Out-of-Network Options:
  • We do not currently accept other insurance plans, including Medicare Advantage plans.
  • If you would like to utilize out-of-network benefits, we can provide you with a "superbill" for submission to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

• Two bike fitting sessions:
  • Initial bike fit (1.5 hours): A comprehensive assessment and adjustment of your bike to better fit you.
  • Follow-up bike fit (45 minutes): A check-in after you've had the opportunity to ride with the initial adjustments.
